Design & Production
We have over 30 years experience in the completion, role equipping and modification of aircraft used for emergency services and utility applications.
We provide third party design and build services and have performed hundreds of modifications on both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft.
Using our own in-house design, manufacture and installation capabilities we work closely with you to ensure your requirements are fully met.

Servicing & Maintenance
We maintain aircraft internationally for private and commercial operators. These include the AW139, AW169 and MD902 amongst other types.
We use our EASA Part-145 and CAMO Approvals to manage and maintain our own fleet of helicopters.
- Excellent Service Centre status granted by Leonardo Helicopters for the AW139 and AW169

Night Vision
We offer proven Night Vision expertise as a Night HEMS operator. We can design, modify and certify your helicopter for NVIS work. We can provide NVIS training for your pilots and crews.
We are a distributor and service centre for US-based Aviation Specialties Unlimited. We supply Night Vision Goggles and offer in-house NVG maintenance and repair services.

We support over 30 Rotary Wing aircraft, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with our team of engineers based throughout the UK and abroad.
At our three base maintenance locations, our specialist teams can provide all the care you need for your aircraft.
We stock a large quantity of spares for the AW139, AW169 and MD902 at our facilities in the uK and Belgium.
In both the UK and overseas, we are able to provide training for Type Conversions, Instrument Ratings, CRM & Human Factors, Emergency Services Crew members.
Our dedicated VIP AW139 and AW169 maintenance facility at Redhill is a Leonardo approved Excellence Service Centre. We have a large onsite spare parts stock holding and a Leonardo consignment store. In addition, using our partners, we can provide cabin interior refit work as required.
